“We are like islands in the sea, separate on the surface but connected in the deep.” ― William James
Never before has it been more important to stay connected to each other in these uncertain, challenging times. I am happy to offer counselling/psychotherapy sessions online. The usual medium is Zoom but I am absolutely fine with Skype, Whatsapp or whichever platform you feel most comfortable with. I am also available for telephone counselling which many of my clients prefer. While we may not be talking face-to-face in the same space I can reassure you that the empathy, quality of care, attention to detail and therapeutic methods all remain exactly the same.
“Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone’s hand is the beginning of a journey.
At other times, it is allowing another to take yours.” ― Vera Nazarian
Whether you are returning to counselling/psychotherapy or taking your first step I am humbled and honoured to facilitate your journey. I provide a safe, relaxed, confidential space where you can feel at ease and we can work through any of the issues you are experiencing. As an integrative psychotherapist I tailor every single session to your individual needs and with my uniquely diverse background I have a specialised set of skills to help you overcome the hurdles that are standing in the way of you reaching your true potential. During these unprecedentedly challenging times employers are seeking to implement measures to ensure that their employees get the necessary supports, both financial and emotional. Pressures on workers now are immense. Yet one of the most important things that will get us out of our current economic situation is a team of employees who feel supported and empowered during these troubling times.
